Product Warranty

We take full responsibility for the manufacturing of our products, hence we provide a lifetime warranty on the manufacturing defect at Sogani Jewels. If you believe that your product has any kind of manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. After our inspection, if it turns out that your jewelry has any kind of manufacturing defect then we will either repair the jewelry or replace it. If the item cannot be repaired and the look-like item is not available, Sogani Jewels may, in its discretion, allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item or component.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will inform you about the same and will let you know about the repair service and the cost required for the repairing of the same or otherwise.

Slight irregularities and variation in the craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

Terms and Conditions

Manufacturing Warranty and Complimentary Services will be only available on the covered items purchased from Sogani Jewels.

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other services performed by someone other than the Sogani Jewels will void the Manufacturer Warranty on the Product.

Fine Jewellery is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma. It is specially said for the rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide any warranty for the damage done via normal wear, product loss, and loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.

Some examples where jewelry is not covered in the Manufacturing warranty or Manufacturing Defects are mentioned below

Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
Prongs and precious metal in general wear over time or may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
Bent, caught, or worn out prong(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
