Our Exchange Policy

With our products, we intend 100% satisfaction for our customers. In case of any dissatisfaction, we offer the option to return the products within 21 days of shipping, with the Return Merchandise Authorization. You will only be liable to pay for the insurance fee and return shipping. Please follow the below-mentioned steps for the same:

To initiate the exchange process, make sure your product is in its original condition and contains all the product-related documents. Moreover, also check if the duration is within 21 days from shipping. On average, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process the exchange.

We suggest you check the product for damage when it is delivered to you. In case, you find any tampering, defect or damage to the product, call our team at +44 7808232324 without any delay. Such claims should be reported immediately or maximum within 3 days of order receipt. Sogani Jewels will not be liable for any lost or damaged returned shipments.

Online Exhange does not apply to the following items:

  • Single Jewellery Items £300 or Less
  • International returns.
  • Non-GBP currencies.
  • Item(s) shipped over 21 days ago.
  • Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
  • Engraved items (rings excluded).

For return, exchange, repair or reporting of damage/loss of products costing £300 or more, we suggest you call our expert Jewellery Consultants at +44-7808232324. These products cannot be handled online as they need expert assistance. In order to proceed with the return or exchange, it is recommended to keep the product packed in the original package only. Sogani Jewels will not be liable for lost or stolen products. All the returns will be processed during weekdays only after they are received by us. Once the item is received, we will send a confirmation mail to your email address. We have a dedicated Quality Assurance Department which will check the product received for return. In case of any damage, size alteration (other than Sogani Jewels), a sign of wear, the exchange will not be processed. It will take almost 1-2 weeks for complete processing and the amount will be credited to your account with us, which you can further use to order an exchange product.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized Jewellery is not eligible for refunds.

All the products processed as Special orders will be considered as final sales and will not be eligible for return.

International Returns

In case, the returns are sent via any other carrier and Sogani Jewels has to bear additional charges while receiving the return, they reserve the right to charge you for the same.

How to Prepare a Return for Exchange

  • For returns, you can call on +44 7808232324 and speak to our customer care representative.
  • You will find an exchange sticker at the bottom of your invoice. You have to paste this sticker on the outside of the box you are returning.
  • While returning any product makes sure you keep it in the original packaging only and keep all the collateral material with it.
  • In case, you are returning any diamond which came along with a diamond certificate, you have to return this certificate as well. In case, you do not return this certificate, you will have to bear an additional charge of GBP 100 or its equivalent amount in the respective currency as a replacement cost.
  • It is recommended not to write the name of the company Sogani Jewels anywhere outside the box for security reasons.
  • It is highly recommended to keep your product in original packaging only and keep it fully insured. Sogani Jewels will not be liable for any lost or stolen product.

After Your Return is Received by Sogani Jewels

When we will receive your product, our team will send a confirmation mail to your email address. We process only during weekdays i.e. from Monday to Friday. It usually takes 24 hours to release the confirmation mail after receiving the product in the system. The process may get delayed in case the team could not obtain the Exchange Authorization Code or when Diamond Grading Report is missing.

After the initial inspection and release of mail, our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly inspect the product. It may take 2-4 days under this processing. Our team will contact you in case they will have any queries related to the return or product. Post successful inspection, the return will be fully processed and you will receive an update from us. You can now immediately order a different product for exchange, as we will credit the refund amount in your account with us.

Once you have requested an exchange, our team will send you a confirmation mail regarding the shipment. It will allow you to track your shipment online using the available tracking link.
